  5. A capacidade máxima do pombal é de 7.500 aves.
  6. We are accepting birds from March 1 to Jun 30,.
  7. As aves de substituição serão aceites até 30 de junho.
  8. Os participantes devem ter mais de 21 anos de idade.
  9. A taxa de perca deve ser enviada com as aves.
  10. FOR ALL BREEDERS (NO EXCEPTIONS)
    Pigeons returned by mail will be shipped to only one address per LOFT. Split shipments to other participants will not be made. This policy allows us to maintain better logistical control and prevent duplicate deliveries.

  11. FOR ALL BREEDERS
    For the 2026 pigeons to be admitted into the loft, they must arrive with their perch fee paid.
    If any pigeon does not have its perch fee paid, it will automatically be placed in a different loft where it will not receive the same feeding or medications.
    Therefore, we kindly recommend that you do not forget to include the perch fee.

  13. The Activation Fee is $400 per bird.
  14. The activation fee will be refunded as long as the pigeon was not basketed at the 125 mile race.
  15. As datas das corridas estão sujeitas a alterações devido às condições climatéricas, quer se trate de chuva ou de vento de mais de 14 mph.
  16. Todos os pombos devem estar munidos de anilhas do ano do concurso e as anilhas não devem apresentar fissuras ou danos.
  17. As aves serão vacinadas por ordem de chegada contra o PMV e a POX.
  18. Qualquer ave não activada será automaticamente propriedade da USA Pigeon Derby.
  19. 20% will be withheld for race expenses.
  20. Prizes will be awarded by clicking order for the 125, 160, 200 and 250 races.
  21. The final 360 to 400 mile race will be paid on the first drop and then by clocking order.
  22. O criador tem o direito de recolher todas as suas aves activadas.
  23. The final race will remain open for a period of 48 hours, if no pigeon returns in that period of time, all the prizes will be refunded except 20% for the race expenses.
  24. O gestor do pombal tem o direito de tomar as decisões finais.
  25. Os prémios finais serão ajustados em função da ativação final.
  26. Não são permitidos jogos de azar antes ou durante o Ace, os participantes apenas competirão pelo prémio principal.

In the final 360 to 400-miles race, after the first 3 pigeons arrive on their own, as they will be the winners of the payments for the three medals, the rest of the pigeons in the first group will be herded to avoid mixing with the next arriving pigeons. After the first group, all subsequent pigeons will need to enter the loft on their own.
  32. In case of any of the races being difficult and within 48 hours of the stopwatch being active if all the prize spaces were not occupied, the stopwatch will be switched off 30 minutes after sunset on the second day and the unoccupied prizes will be divided equally between the first ones that were occupied and in case of a disastrous race all the race capital except 20% will be divided equally between all the pigeons that went to the race.

  33. POMBOS PARA VENDA

    1 - Para todos os interessados nos pombos à venda, teremos alguns requisitos:

    • A primeira condição é que o participante deve ter pombos a competir noutros concursos.
    • O segundo requisito é que os pombos não vendidos até à data de ativação obriguem o proprietário a pagar uma taxa de $150 por pombo para cobrir as despesas.
    • A USA PIGEON DERBY não manterá nenhum dos pombos à venda.
    • The owner will receive an initial “For Sale” pigeon listing payment of $50.
      The buyer will pay $120 for the perch and $400 for activation. From the perch fee, $50 will be returned to the owner of the pigeon.
    • Após o concurso final, o pombo vendido torna-se propriedade do comprador.
    • Os prémios das provas serão divididos 50/50 com o criador. Após o concurso final, o pombo pertence ao comprador.
